COMMUNITY & CERTIFICATION POLICY


1. Consultation Terms

Detective Guru Academy™ offers educational Consultations designed to help individuals gain clarity, improve understanding and make better-informed personal and professional decisions.

Consultations are intended solely for educational purposes and should not be interpreted as legal advice, medical advice, psychological counselling, financial advice or any other regulated professional service.


1.1 Nature of Consultation

Consultations provided by Detective Guru Academy™ are educational guidance sessions based on professional knowledge, practical experience and general educational principles.

The purpose of a Consultation is to assist learners in understanding concepts, exploring available options and improving decision-making.

The final decision and responsibility shall always remain with the participant.


1.2 Appointment Scheduling

Consultations are available only by prior appointment.

Appointments shall be confirmed only after successful payment (where applicable) and confirmation from the Academy.

The Academy reserves the right to reschedule an appointment due to operational requirements, emergencies or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.


1.3 Participant Responsibility

Before attending a Consultation, participants are expected to:

  1. Provide accurate and truthful information.
  2. Attend the session at the scheduled time.
  3. Cooperate respectfully throughout the Consultation.
  4. Use the Consultation only for lawful and ethical purposes.

Providing false, misleading or incomplete information may affect the quality of guidance provided.


1.4 Scope of Consultation

Consultations may include discussions relating to:

  • Investigation Education
  • Career Guidance
  • Marriage Awareness
  • Relationship Education
  • Learning Path Selection
  • Professional Development
  • Personal Growth
  • Other educational topics offered by Detective Guru Academy™

The Academy reserves the right to decline discussions that fall outside the scope of its educational services.


1.5 No Professional Advice

Unless expressly stated otherwise, Consultations do not constitute:

  1. Legal Advice
  2. Medical Advice
  3. Psychological Therapy
  4. Psychiatric Treatment
  5. Financial Advice
  6. Investment Advice
  7. Government Certification
  8. Professional Licensing

Where specialised professional assistance is required, participants are encouraged to consult an appropriately qualified professional.


1.6 Recording of Consultations

Consultations may not be audio recorded, video recorded, photographed or reproduced by participants without prior written permission from Detective Guru Academy™.

Where the Academy records a Consultation for quality assurance, training or documentation purposes, such recording shall remain the exclusive property of the Academy and shall be handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws.


1.7 Confidentiality

Detective Guru Academy™ respects the privacy of its participants.

Information shared during a Consultation shall be handled responsibly and in accordance with applicable privacy laws.

However, confidentiality may be limited where disclosure is required by law, regulatory authorities, court orders or where necessary to protect legal rights or public safety.


1.8 Behaviour During Consultation

Participants are expected to maintain respectful, professional and lawful conduct.

The Academy reserves the right to terminate a Consultation immediately where a participant:

  1. Uses abusive or offensive language.
  2. Engages in harassment or threatening behaviour.
  3. Requests unlawful assistance.
  4. Misuses the Consultation process.
  5. Violates these Terms & Conditions.

In such cases, refunds shall normally not be provided.


1.9 No Guarantee of Outcome

Every Consultation is intended to provide educational guidance and practical insights.

Detective Guru Academy™ does not guarantee:

  1. A specific outcome.
  2. Resolution of a dispute.
  3. Employment opportunities.
  4. Business success.
  5. Marriage success.
  6. Legal results.
  7. Financial gain.

The usefulness of a Consultation depends upon the participant's individual circumstances, willingness to learn and practical application of the guidance provided.


1.10 Future Consultation Services

Detective Guru Academy™ may introduce additional Consultation formats in the future, including:

  1. Online Consultations
  2. In-Person Consultations
  3. Group Consultations
  4. Premium Consultations
  5. Corporate Consultations
  6. Family Consultations
  7. Expert Panels

Unless otherwise stated, all such Consultation Services shall also be governed by these Terms & Conditions.


2. DG Connect™ Community

DG Connect™ is the Invitation-based Learning Community of Detective Guru Academy™, created to bring together responsible learners, professionals and individuals who believe in ethical learning, meaningful conversations and lifelong personal and professional growth.

DG Connect™ is not a public social media platform or an open membership community. It is a curated learning community where quality, character and contribution are valued over numbers.


2.1 Membership Philosophy

Membership of DG Connect™ is based on values rather than automatic registration.

Participation in the Academy's Learning Solutions, including Books, Courses, Workshops, Webinars and Consultations, helps us understand an individual's learning attitude, commitment and alignment with the values of the community.

Membership may be offered only to individuals who demonstrate integrity, respect, a willingness to learn and a positive contribution towards society and the learning community.

Membership is a privilege and not an automatic right.


2.2 Membership Eligibility

Membership may be offered through one or more of the following methods:

  1. Invitation by Detective Guru Academy™.
  2. Recommendation by authorised members or Academy representatives.
  3. Application submitted by an interested individual.
  4. Selection through participation in Academy Learning Programs.

Submission of an application does not guarantee membership.

All applications shall be reviewed at the sole discretion of Detective Guru Academy™.


2.3 Membership Categories

To maintain the quality and purpose of the community, Detective Guru Academy™ may introduce different categories of membership from time to time.

Membership categories, eligibility criteria, privileges and participation requirements may be revised, expanded or modified at the Academy's discretion.

The Academy is not obligated to disclose its internal evaluation process or selection criteria.


2.4 Code of Conduct

All members are expected to maintain respectful, professional and ethical behaviour.

Members shall:

  • Treat all members with dignity and respect.
  • Maintain confidentiality where applicable.
  • Participate in discussions responsibly.
  • Encourage constructive learning.
  • Follow applicable laws and Academy policies.

Members shall not:

  • Harass, threaten or intimidate others.
  • Promote hatred, discrimination or unlawful activities.
  • Share confidential information without permission.
  • Use the community for unsolicited marketing or spam.
  • Misrepresent themselves or the Academy.
  • Upload or distribute copyrighted material without authorisation.


2.5 Confidentiality

Members may gain access to discussions, educational resources or community interactions that are intended exclusively for DG Connect™.

Such information shall not be copied, recorded, reproduced or disclosed outside the community without prior written permission from Detective Guru Academy™.


2.6 Community Events

DG Connect™ may organise:

  • Learning Sessions.
  • Workshops.
  • Networking Meetings.
  • Community Discussions.
  • Educational Events.
  • Guest Speaker Sessions.
  • Other member-only initiatives.

Participation in such activities may be subject to separate registration requirements and event-specific terms.


2.7 Suspension or Termination of Membership

Detective Guru Academy™ reserves the right to suspend, restrict or terminate membership where a member:

  • Violates these Terms & Conditions.
  • Breaches confidentiality.
  • Engages in misconduct.
  • Harasses other members.
  • Uses the community for unlawful purposes.
  • Damages the reputation or interests of the Academy or its members.

Termination of membership shall not automatically entitle the member to any refund, compensation or continued access to community resources.


2.8 Intellectual Property

Educational content, presentations, recordings, documents, discussions and other resources shared within DG Connect™ remain the intellectual property of Detective Guru Academy™ or their respective owners unless expressly stated otherwise.

Members shall not reproduce, distribute, publish or commercially exploit such material without prior written permission.


2.9 Privacy

The Academy respects the privacy of all DG Connect™ members.

Personal information collected for membership administration shall be processed in accordance with applicable privacy laws and the Academy's Privacy Policy.

Members are also expected to respect the privacy of fellow members.


2.10 Right to Modify or Discontinue

Detective Guru Academy™ reserves the right to modify, suspend, expand or discontinue DG Connect™, its membership structure, benefits, activities or community features at any time without prior notice.


2.11 Community Purpose

DG Connect™ has been created with one simple objective:

To build a trusted community of learners who believe that knowledge grows when it is shared responsibly, relationships become stronger through meaningful conversations and society benefits when individuals continue to learn throughout life.


3. Certificates & Certifications

Detective Guru Academy™ may issue Certificates of Completion or other educational certifications to learners who successfully complete designated Learning Programs, assessments or certification requirements established by the Academy.

Certificates are intended to recognise educational achievement and successful completion of the applicable Learning Solution.


3.1 Eligibility for Certification

Certificates may be awarded only to learners who satisfy the eligibility criteria prescribed for the relevant Learning Solution.

Such criteria may include, but are not limited to:

  • Successful completion of the Course.
  • Completion of all required lessons or modules.
  • Passing assessments or examinations.
  • Submission of assignments, where applicable.
  • Compliance with these Terms & Conditions and the Academy's policies.

Detective Guru Academy™ reserves the right to determine whether a learner has successfully met the certification requirements.


3.2 Nature of Certificates

Unless expressly stated otherwise, Certificates issued by Detective Guru Academy™:

  • Recognise successful completion of an educational Learning Program.
  • Demonstrate participation and learning achievement.
  • Are issued solely for educational purposes.

Certificates do not constitute:

  • A Government Licence.
  • A Professional Licence.
  • A Statutory Qualification.
  • An Employment Guarantee.
  • A Business Guarantee.
  • A Legal Authorisation to practise any regulated profession.


3.3 Certificate Format

Certificates may be issued in digital, printed or other formats as determined by Detective Guru Academy™.

The Academy reserves the right to update the design, layout, wording, security features and verification process of its Certificates without prior notice.


3.4 Verification of Certificates

Where the Academy provides a Certificate Verification facility, employers, educational institutions or other authorised organisations may verify the authenticity of a Certificate in accordance with the Academy's verification procedures.

The Academy reserves the right to refuse verification requests where appropriate or where legal restrictions apply.


3.5 Academic Integrity

Certificates shall not be issued where academic misconduct has been identified.

Academic misconduct includes, but is not limited to:

  • Cheating during assessments.
  • Impersonation.
  • Submission of copied assignments.
  • Misrepresentation of identity.
  • Unauthorised assistance during examinations.
  • Any attempt to obtain certification fraudulently.

Where misconduct is identified after issuance, Detective Guru Academy™ reserves the right to suspend, cancel or revoke the Certificate.


3.6 Duplicate Certificates

Requests for duplicate or replacement Certificates may be considered at the sole discretion of the Academy.

Administrative charges may apply where permitted.


3.7 Changes to Certification Requirements

Detective Guru Academy™ may revise certification standards, assessment methods, passing criteria or eligibility requirements from time to time in order to maintain academic quality and educational standards.

Such changes shall normally apply prospectively unless otherwise communicated.


3.8 Intellectual Property

Certificates, Certificate designs, logos, trademarks, seals, signatures and verification systems remain the intellectual property of Detective Guru Academy™ and/or Secret Watch Detectives Private Limited.

Unauthorised reproduction, alteration, forgery, misuse or fraudulent representation of any Certificate is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.


3.9 Limitation of Certification

A Certificate issued by Detective Guru Academy™ confirms only that the learner has successfully completed the relevant educational requirements established by the Academy.

It does not certify professional competence in every situation, nor does it guarantee employment, business success, client acquisition or any specific professional outcome.


3.10 Future Certification Programs

Detective Guru Academy™ may introduce Advanced Certifications, Professional Certifications, Continuing Education Programs, Specialisation Tracks or other educational credentials in the future.

Unless otherwise stated, such Certification Programs shall also be governed by these Terms & Conditions.
